Trusting Employees with a Take-What-You-Need Vacation Policy

In my most recent in-house role, I thought a lot about vacation and time-off policies. Like the company profiled in this article, we had a flexible PTO policy that allowed our staff unlimited time to unplug and refresh. It’s not without its risks, though, and many young staff found it difficult to actually set aside time for vacation. What do you think?
