Spark inspires 7th, 8th and 9th graders in underserved communities to succeed in high school and beyond by engaging them with mentors and future careers.
InStride helped Spark evaluate the feasibility of a blended staffing model, leveraging Americorps staff, as well as determine where the friction points were in program implementation across the network. In addition, we helped identify and onboard Spark’s first full time, dedicated human capital leader.
